Young Leaders Collective: 2023/24 Recommendation to the board of trustees

Throughout the year, the 2023/24 Young Leaders Collective discussed the inner workings of London Youth Choirs. They reviewed the anonymised feedback data we collected from parents, carers, guardians and members, chatted to members individually, and used their own experience as choir members to work with our staff team, trustees and members to make LYC a better organisation.

At the end of the year, the group presented a Recommendation to our board of trustees. Here is a graphic that was created to illustrate that Recommendation. It is now the responsibility of the staff team, future YLC cohorts and the trustees to ensure this Recommendation is taken forward.
