Young Leaders Collective 2024/25: a second annual recommendation to the board
Another year and another successful and productive iteration of the Young Leaders Collective programme. This year, the members built on the work of the 2023/24 cohort to develop thier very own Recommendation. This was presented to the Board of Trustees in Summer 2024/25 at one of the quarterly trustee meetings. A collaborative discussion between the Primary Leadership Team, the Board and the Young Leaders Collective followed and the fruits of that conversation are presented below.
This year, the Young Leaders Collective recommend a programme of member-to-member mentoring. We hope to see the beginnings of this programme in the coming 2025/26 year, with the support of the next cohort.
