Experience London Youth Choirs

Experience London Youth Choirs with a free singing workshop!

Thinking about joining London Youth Choirs but…

  • Not sure what to expect?
  • Nervous about doing an audition?
  • Never really sung before and would like to try choir?

We are running a free ‘Experience London Youth Choirs’ session for young people aged 6-11 yrs, to show you what LYC is like and help you to prepare for an audition. As well as lots of singing and some movement, the session will include tips on preparing for an LYC audition and building confidence and skills in your singing.

We hope that this fun and friendly afternoon will inspire you to sign up for an audition for one of our ten weekly choirs!

Please note this will be a drop-off session and children will be supported by our qualified team who are safeguarding trained and hold current enhanced DBS certifications. There is no space for parents, guardians or carers to stay during the workshops but there will be limited space for a sharing performance at the end of the day. There is a cafe in the building and plenty of cafes nearby in Elephant and Castle.

Sign ups for this exciting LYC event are on a first come, first serve basis with limited numbers, so don’t delay!
