Grants large and small from charitable trusts and foundations are crucial for enabling us to do the work we do.

Recent grants have enabled us to deliver our extensive engagement programme involving singing workshops and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training for teachers in areas with little or no music provision; creating our new Cambiata Boys Choir; and securing our overall programme with unrestricted core funding. We welcome grants for both specific projects and core funding. We evaluate our work and present reports to our funders to show how their support has made a difference.

If you represent a charitable trust or livery company and would like to support London Youth Choirs, please contact Nina Camilleri, Executive Director, at nina.camilleri@londonyouthchoirs.com

WORSHIPFUL COMPANY OF CURRIERS

The Worshipful Company of Curriers has been supporting LYC for several years. Mary McNeil, who was inaugurated as Master of the Curriers in October 2019, chose LYC to be her Charity of the Year during her year in office.

“I am a huge believer in the power of music – particularly the choral variety – to inspire, enthuse and unite, and hope that, over the course of my year as Master of the Curriers, I will be able to encourage as many people as possible to experience the feel-good factor, the fun and extraordinarily high quality of music delivered by London Youth Choirs. The Curriers are proud to be supporting their excellent work.”
